When finished, the user detaches the wand and allows the power of the BEAM Central Vacuum System to retract the hose back into the wall. The entire hose is out of sight. Since there is no need to store the hose in a closet, the Hide-A-Hose can be much longer – long enough to cover up to 2,300 square feet of living space.
